About Spencer

Real Estate Connection has just expanded to add a residential division and heading up this department is Spencer Grist. Spencer has been a Real Estate agent and property manager since 2005, and since early 2008 a Nevada licensed Real Estate Broker. Spencer and his wife, Kim, are also owners of Reno Rental Finders, a tenant location company. He brings with him expertise in knowing the pulse of the Reno/Sparks residential rental market. His experience in renovating homes in the Washoe County area provides him with a unique insight into the value and worth of a home.

Before moving to Reno in 2003, Spencer lived in Anchorage, Alaska for thirty years. While living there he worked and was a part of the history making Alaskan Pipeline. Prior to entering real estate, Spencer was a Chief Inspector in the airline industry for 20+ years. Spencer’s aim is to help his clients to successfully achieve their goals in a smooth, well managed, and pleasant manner. He believes in doing the right thing and putting his client’s needs first.
